The Graduate Grindset - Mental Health Awareness Event

We are delighted to announce an important event titled "The Graduate Grindset - Mental Health Awareness," initiated by Postdocs within our network.

Introduction:
Within the academic landscape, discussions regarding mental health are often subdued. Early-career scientists may hesitate to openly address their mental well-being due to potential repercussions or perceived lack of support. Recognizing the importance of fostering dialogue in this area, we aim to create a platform for sharing experiences and resources available across various partner institutes of iBehave Network.

Event Overview:
"The Graduate Grindset" will feature four speakers representing diverse career stages. Each speaker will share personal narratives, highlighting challenges encountered, solutions discovered, and valuable resources utilized. Following the individual presentations, a panel discussion will invite audience participation, encouraging an open exchange of ideas in a supportive environment.

Keynote Speaker:
We are privileged to welcome our distinguished speakers:
- Gaia Tavosanis - Person of Trust of the iBehave Network,
- Niclas Braun - PI of iBehave Network
- Ricardoas Paricio Montesinos - Postdoc at DZNE
