PhD Position in Michael Sommerauer's Lab 

The Prodromal Stages and Sleep in Movement Disorders Working Group at the Department of Neurology is excited to announce an opening for a PhD position starting January 2024. This position, integral to understand the early onset of Parkinson's disease, involves cutting-edge methods such as MRI, gait analysis, polysomnography, biobanking, and neuropsychology. As part of the iBehave network program collaborating with institutions like University Hospitals Aachen, Bonn, Cologne, Research Center Jülich, DZNE, and MPI, Michael is seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for patient interaction and data analysis. The candidate will benefit from being mobile within the Cologne - Bonn - Jülich triangle.
